👨On behalf of the whole company, I’d like to welcome you all.

👨I looked forward to this day like a child waiting for his first day at school. I must confess that, when I cut the tape earlier, my hands were trembling with excitement.

👨I’m truly grateful for your kind support, which has allowed us to start a new chapter for Iroha-Romano here in Chennai.

👨This new plant has been our biggest test since the merger. Among twelve potential locations, we chose Chennai for three reasons:
この新工場は、合併後最大の試金石となりました。12の候補地の中からチェンナイを選んだ理由は3つあります。
👨its geographical location, well-developed infrastructure, and abundance of local talent. After the numerous test runs, I feel our decision to believe in Chennai was the right call.
それは、地理的な立地、整備されたインフラ、そして、地元の人材の豊富さです。何度ものテスト操業を経て、チェンナイを信じた決断は、正しい決断だったと思っています。
👨Of course, it won’t always be sunshine and rainbows. But we are here for the long haul.

👨On welcoming you all to the family, we are determined to do our utmost to ensure the well-being of our employees and the communities they are a part of.
