カナとヘンリーの課題は、ロマーノといろはが合併後に初めて取り組むプロジェクトへと移ります。
👩So, Henry, let’s discuss how to tackle our first project. Our job is to integrate Romano with Iroha for production and procurement in order to build a new factory for all of our SUVs.

では、ヘンリーさん、私たちの最初のプロジェクトをどう進めるかですね。私たちのミッションは、ロマーノといろはの生産・調達を統合して、すべてのSUVの新工場を建設することですね。
👨Agreed. So, Romano was initially planning to build the Falcon and Falcon Hybrid in Mexico, but with changes in tariffs coming, management is considering other options.

👩I see. Iroha wants to shut down a factory in China due to rising labor costs.

ヘンリーさんは、チェンナイについての報告書をどう思いましたか？
👨Well, the location seems logical, but I don’t see anything regarding the production ratio between hybrid and gasoline variants.
場所は理にかなっていると思いますが、ハイブリッド車とガソリン車の生産比率については何も書かれていないですよね。
👨Did Iroha have no intention of building EV models in Chennai ?
いろははチェンナイで電気自動車（EV）モデルを作る意向はなかったのですか？
👩Ah…the report doesn’t delve into model percentage, but Iroha was thinking EV, too.
あっ…報告書では、モデル別の割合までは掘り下げていませんけど、いろははEVも考えていました。
👨Right. Romano was pressing for 50% EVs by 2030. Voltec, our current battery supplier, doesn’t have a factory in India.

👨If we’re going to build more EVs than gasoline models, shouldn’t we relocate closer to them?
