👨Yes. We really work with small producers, uh, to source great teas.

👨These are often teas that, um, aren’t necessarily even easy to find in Japan.

👨When I make matcha at home, I usually do something that at least has a bit of a nod towards chanoyu.
家で抹茶を点てるときは、基本、茶の湯への何らかの敬意を表すようにしています。
👨But there’s really no right or wrong way to…to drink, as long as you’re doing it with respect.
でも、飲み方には正解も不正解もなく、敬意を持って飲めば、それでいいんです。
👩I can imagine, like, Americans would hesitate with the fact that it doesn’t have sugar in it.

👨I mean almost always, people are very receptive to that, knowing that this is very high quality matcha.
