👨The “Upside Down” is one of our most famous slices.
「アップサイドダウン」は当店の看板メニューの一つです。
👨Um…It’s a cheese pizza upside down. So the cheese is on the bottom and the sauce is on top.
チーズピザを逆さにしたものです。つまり、チーズが下にあって、ソースが上にのっています。
👩Oh, okay. What’s the reasoning behind that?
ああ、なるほど。そのようにした理由は何ですか？
👨Well, there’s bunch of reasons, but [the] main reason is…
理由はいろいろありますが、いちばんの理由は…。
👨Basically, the sauce doesn’t touch the crust, so it’s a lot crispier.
要するにソースが生地に触れないので、生地がよりサクサクしているんです。
